Weekly Home inspections
According to the National Association of Realtors, the average vacation home is used by its owner an average of 29 days per year. That leaves a lot of time when the home is vacant. Let us be your eyes and ears when you’re not in town. A complete checklist is performed each visit during our weekly inspections. Each property will be photographed (inside and out) to maintain a record of one of your most prized assets. Problems and home improvement suggestions will be reported directly to you.
